David Wooderson is back in this epic Funny Video Clip

David Wooderson; the man, the myth, the legend has finally returned courtesy of a funny video clip featuring the icon in his first music video. For those who don't know, Wooderson was the first big break for actor Matthew McConaughey. Back before he was churning out chick flicks with his shirt off, McConaughey was a TV commercial actor who landed his big role as Mr. Alright Alright Alright in the now classic Dazed and Confused.

We searched a bit and found a funny video clip compilation of all things Wooderson to spotlight his raw 70's power that you can view here.

Wooderson proved to be the tipping point for McConaughey as this role then lead to him having forgettable roles in a few movies over the next 3 years until his big break in A Time to Kill. From there he turned into a complete movie man-whore in churning out every piece of garbage script thrown his way. Yes he made Larger than Life, Contact, The Newton Boys, EDtv, U-571, and then jumped onto the chick-flick bandwagon with The Wedding Planner, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, and Failure to Launch. The only saving grace to his coolness was Reign of Fire, Sahara, We Are Marshall, and Surfer, Dude which really seemed like a documentary (Two for the Money is close but only because of Pacino). It helps that McConaughey embodies so much of Wooderson with his laid back style and wonton lust for the ladies.

So David Wooderson is making a rare cameo appearance in this funny video clip for Butch Walker and The Black Widows. He slicked back his golden locks, donned the 70's stash, rolled up his cigs into his t-shirt sleeve, and struts back onto the scene like he was never gone man.

You can watch the full video here. Maybe this is another turning point for McConaughey's career and he will stop whoring himself out with these awful chicks flicks. Ghosts of Girlfriends Past - really? Even with Jennifer Garner you couldn't pull that steamy pile of a story together. Maybe we can get back to some action, smiling, styling, and profiling. Or at least we here at Manwall hope for that.

I think we can all come to an agreement that Wooderson's awesomeness is ageless and he can still party just as hard with the ladies now as he did then. We have the funny video clip to prove it. But then just like that he was gone; taking his ladies into the bathroom with a wink and a nod. Alright alright alright.
